Roland Gallant

Roland Gallant has been an insurance agent with Southeastern Mutual Insurance Company for 20 years. He was born in Moncton so therefore is a native of this area. He covers the Moncton area, Shediac and surroundings, Irishtown area and Steeves Mountain. Whether it be day, night or weekends, he always makes himself available to provide  service for a client who needs help. He is proud to be part of the Southeastern Mutual Insurance Company, a local company who puts the community first by doing volunteer work and donates to many charities every year... The IWK hospital for sick children is just one example of many. 

A father of two boys, 19 and 25 years of age, his biggest goal for them is to see them succeed in whatever field they choose.  His goal for Gayle's clients is similar by providing top quality insurance services. His main objective is to give clients the best solution possible while providing one thing less to worry about when purchasing a home.

Tip: Insurers look for criteria that a prospective home buyer may not realize to be important. For example when you are buying an older home the home may be very clean. They have done renovations to the home like installing new doors and windows but the roof is old and not in good shape or the electrical panel is an old fuse panel. The best thing to do when buying an older home is to have it inspected by a reputable home inspector. They know what insurers are looking for and will usually tell the client what their needs are and if the home meets the criteria. You can decide from that report whether you want to proceed with the purchase or not. The initial cost of an inspector may be an expense for you but it could save you thousands of dollars.
