Thank you Gayle for selling my house! I still can’t believe it only took 3 weeks after placing it on the market! I am happy to say that selling my house with you was a wonderful experience because you guided my efforts in improving it where it mattered, notably in the repair of the basement and the painting of some rooms.

I also appreciated the fact that you brought a decorator to review my staging and improve on it, in addition to bringing some of your own staging equipment at no additional cost. I truly believe that you did more than the average agent!

Your professionalism was impressive; friendly and to the point. You always had a positive outlook and it showed in your attire and speech. During the negotiations, you kept me updated on the important developments and you were prompt in returning my calls when I had questions. Telephone, e-mail and fax, we used all these to our success. Although I was already working in Fredericton, our correspondence made me comfortable with the issue.

Once again, thank you for your service. I believe we worked extremely well as a team to make the house more attractive and sell it at a better price.
