A life long resident of the Moncton area, Timothy has been practicing Real Estate Law for 29 years. His goal when working with prospecting home owners is to first and foremost ensure that the clients understand the legal consequences of real estate contracts.

As part of the team with Gayles' Homes 4U, I ensure that Gayle’s clients understand the legal consequences of real estate contracts and ensure that whatever the nature of the transaction, that their interests are fully explained and protected and that it is completed in a timely fashion.

Tip:  If you are dealing with a lawyer for the first time in a property matter, meet them personally and their assistant to establish a cordial and trusting relationship. Don’t be afraid to get references for any professionals. Testimonials from others are better than any advertising!
